Personal Exercise Coaching: Policies

Program Information and Policies:

  • In order to purchase Personal Exercise Services, one must be a resident within a Gotham Organization building. 

  • You may purchase services unless medical clearance is first deemed necessary.

  • Once you have an established resident profile, additional Personal Exercise sessions can be purchased through your master trainer.

  • Personal Exercise Coaching sessions are one hour long.

  • Please be on time for appointments and classes. Personal Exercise Coaching sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will still end one-hour from the original planned start time.

  • Late Policy – A cell phone is the official time keeping unit. The master trainer will wait 10 minutes for clients.  After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.

  • Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session is forfeited.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email your personal exercise coach (if you have contact info) or the Program Coordinator at info@nyoptimumperformance.com. Please leave your name and information about the appointment you are canceling.

  • All Personal Exercise Coaching Packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to training. Upon completion of a package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new package before resuming training. Appointments will not be scheduled without payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this program.

Payment Policies:

  • All Personal Exercise Coaching Sessions must be pre-paid. Payment may be made with a debit or credit card.

  • Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire one year in which they were purchased.

  • Services may only be used while residential status is current and valid.  All sessions automatically expire without a refund when the residential status terminates for any reason.

  • Sessions and packages expire one year in which they were purchased without a refund.
