ABS & ASSets

This high intensity class incorporates rhythmic exercise and strength training routines that target muscular groups that help shape the body. This class is geared to target all of your "assets".

ABsolution

Your core will be absolutely on fire the entire time! The perfect core strengthening solution: strengthen your core with this blistering, non-stop abdominal and back workout. Concentrated abcentric floor work paired with deep restorative stretching.

Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. 

Ballet Barre

This class will provide the ultimate workout using a combination of barre, yoga, and pilates with an emphasis on ballet and strength training. The class is designed to be a challenging and unique workout while helping sculpt and strengthen your entire body as well as increase flexibility.

Barre Basics

Get ready for a full-body workout that will sculpt, tone, and make you stronger than ever. Our technique covers all the bases by combining cardio, strength training, and stretching, designed to maximize your results in less time. By using weights, your own body weight as resistance and the ballet barre, you’ll improve your core, flexibility, strength, posture, and bone density. 

Bike Body

This class is the best of the both the cardio and the strength worlds. Thirty minutes of cardio on the bikes and thirty minutes of strength training. This class is sure to challenge and improve your fitness on many levels. Fun and inviting for all levels of fitness.

Body Blast

This high-powered, total body, conditioning workout set to music works all the major muscle groups of the body using your own body weight. With some plyometrics to increase your cardiovascular fitness, this workout will build your endurance and speed your metabolism for increased fat burning. All fitness levels welcome.

Bootcamp

Transform your body in this muscle building, calorie burning workout that effectively uses body weight as resistance in combination with some serious core strengthening and high intensity cardio intervals. Better than your average Bootcamp - All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Boxing

The best and only authentic full-body boxing workout that changes your

body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature

workout utilizes the fundamentals of a

true boxer’s workout – to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and your confidence. Empowering, exhilarating and totally addictive – this is your new favorite workout class.

Cardio Dance

A fun, energetic class that will flood your body with dance floor endorphins while burning calories and working your arms, legs and core. This class is a high energy, fast paced aerobic workout with fun easy-to-follow choreography. Get sweat, sculpted and happy.

Cardio Sculpt Cycle

Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn.  Along with the bikes, participants may use hand weights as part of the resistance work.

Circuit 60

Help increase your strength and aerobic fitness with this true hybrid class. Multiple circuit stations combine resistance training with muscular endurance and strength building. Time-based intervals and

instructor-provided exercise modifications make this workout safe and effective for all fitness levels. Bring a positive attitude and prepare to sweat! 

Club Boxing

This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags.

Core Fusion

Fusing the disciplines of core conditioning, pilates and yoga - this class will allow you to work from the inside out. Consistently delivering results including; washboard abs, a tighter backside and a perfectly toned body. This class is open to all levels and no experience is required.

Define

Get Defined!

This class is an intensified toning and sculpting class combining small controlled fat burning movements with light weight resistance to define the entire body. 

Drenched

A high intensity cardiovascular focused plyometric workout. May include high intensity drills, intervals, upper body resistance exercises, body weight exercises and stretching. Bring a water bottle and towel! For all fitness levels.

Fitness Burlesque

Fitness Burlesque begins with a workout focusing on accentuating the female form. It is followed by guided movement that is fun and sexy! It is the class to step into if you want to feel a burn and gain confidence in personal sensual movement. Heels Recommended. All experience levels welcome!

Flow Down

This all-levels class is the perfect end to your week. Poses flow from fluid standing sequences to warm the body, into deep longer-held stretches on the floor. This progressively relaxing practice is designed to increase flexibility, release tension and leave you refreshed for the week ahead.

HardCore

Step out of your comfort zone & test your strength, flexibility and stamina! Resistance bands & body weight style class that will burn calories & make you lose weight. Strengthen your core, lower back and glutes during this intense 60 minute workout.

Hatha Yoga

A branch of yoga that emphasizes physical exercises to master the body along with mind exercises to withdraw it from external objects. Hatha yoga is perfect for aligning the body, spirit, and mind and making it ready for the meditation activity.

Lean Flow

An active, mindful approach to Vinyasa Yoga characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Find your flow in this spiritually and physically energized class designed to deepen your yoga practice. Open to all levels.

Med Ball HIIT

HIIT workout completed exclusively with Medicine Balls for a fun alternative to traditional strength and cardio training.

Pilates

Pilates exercises, as originally developed by Joseph Pilates, strives to create awareness and strengthen in the center of the body, i.e. the abs, hips and back. Pilates creates long lean muscles and a toned abdomen while improving posture and relieving lower back and joint pain. This class involves no impact and instead uses gravity to develop strength.

Power Flow

This class is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice and bring it to the next level. A constant flow with synchronizing breath and movement, this class builds heat and is sure to make you sweat. Class has a constant flow, where the breath and movement is synchronized.

Power Vinyasa

This class is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice and bring it to the next level. A constant flow with synchronizing breath and movement, this class builds heat and is sure to make you sweat. Class has a constant flow, where the breath and movement is synchronized.

Pure Strength

An hour long high intensity weight training class that will not only help you build stronger muscles and joints but will also keep your heart rate up and help you melt the fat away.

Restorative Flow

Restorative Exercise will increase muscle mass, reduce fat and increase core strength and stamina. It also helps to reduce pain from chronic muscle overuse and joint stress. This class is a more relaxing, restorative approach to a vinyasa class, which focuses more on stretching, breathing, and mini meditation.

Rhythm & Ride

This 60 minute performance ride may include climbs, sprints, HIIT and jumps. Both your stamina and endurance will be challenged in this class. Ride profile and music will depend on the instructor of the class.

Ripped Rider

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for the beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

A graceful vinyasa flow sequenced to keep you moving intellectually in your body, energizing you mentally and physically for the remainder of your evening. Class is comprised of gentle flowing movements and passive, supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

Our vinyasa yoga class utilizes postures and breathing techniques. This form of yoga offers a range of health benefits to those who practice it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit.

Weekend Warrior

This class is a heart rate calorie burning and body toning class. Each class you will be given a group of fitness challenges to get through and achieve the goals you set for yourself.  You will move between challenges that involve intense cardio, weight and calisthenics training with active recovery.

Yin Yang Yoga

This class begins with a heating "Yang" vinyasa flow, which actively engages and warms up the entire body. This prepares the muscles to melt into a more cooling, "Yin" restorative practice which holds postures for up to 5 minutes. In this half of class, the poses allow deeper physical opening along with a meditative focus.
